A structured Management Development Process


Skills and competencies development is a key strategic thrust of our human resources policy. It aims to give support to our managers in their different career evolution stages using a customized and individual approach. Skills and competencies development is based on an Annual Performance Assessment Interviews Process in which a mid-term “Development Plan” is built and shared with all managers taking into account their seniority level:


For Junior profiles: An induction plan is in place for all newcomers joining CDG Capital. Throughout their career path, they are provided with individual support and coaching to develop their skills and management competencies.  CDG Capital also offers its collaborators the opportunity to pursue their training by, totally or partially, financing professional degrees and certificates.


For Mid-Career Managers: An individual and tailored development and training plan is built for Talented and High Potential Managers (Professional degrees and certificates, International Training Programmes, External Coaching…)
